OPF Valley Zone V - Allotment Procedure

Allotment of the plots would be on first come first serve basis. In case the number of applications exceed to the available plots, the allotment would be made through balloting.

Note: Applications by those who have already been allotted a plot in OPF Valley Zone V will not be considered

Development charges to be intimated in due course.
(Terms & Conditions of allotment and other charges in addition to price of plot will be applicable).

Amenities charges shall be payable at prescribed rates at the time of possession.
