The Al Ghurair Giga Pakistan (private) Limited, in association with the Defence Housing Authority (Islamabad) (DHAI) has launched a new venture — Capital Business Avenue, says a press release issued here on Monday.

The new project primarily offers a host of high-end business and commercial opportunities in the form of commercial plots at the gateway of DHA Phase II. This scheme features fully developed commercial plots of 4, 5.33, 6 and 8 marlas with parking and telecommunication facilities for corporate offices, boutiques, restaurants, banks, marts, super-

markets, storages and display centres. A 72-foot high building structure with two basements can be raised on each plot.

The project shall cater to the requirements of residents of DHA Phase II and adjacent localities. Application forms are available at designated branches of the Askari Bank. The last date for receipt of application forms is March 5 and balloting is scheduled for March 15.
